Every so often I read about people who breed tiny horses. Not sure why you would want to, but anyway....this gal is smaller than Zircon I think!

They are too cute - they are actually being bred for a purpose too. I read an article not too long ago about them training as seeing-eye horses - wild huh?

Seeing-eye horses? Don't get me wrong, I like horses just fine, but I am curious if they can be housetrained.

Horses have incredible memories and yes, can be house trained! Check out that link I put in my last reply, it will give you more info if you like. ;) The horse that was in the article I read actually sat in the car and slept in the house, etc...pretty wild. These offer a nice alternative to a person who can't or doesn't want a seeing eye dog.

I'm sorry I think the poor little thing looks deformed. She's not a true miniature she is a horse with dwarfism which is clearly evident by the fact that she is out of proportion. Her body is considerably longer than she is tall. You only have to look at her legs poor thing. Lets hope they don't try and breed from her.

I've seen those horses before. There's a farm around here somewhere with a bunch of them! :p
I tried to convince my parents to get a miniature pony before. I could walk it around town every day, and bring it to the park to play fetch without worrying that the cops would catch me with a horse in a "no horses" area. LOL. :p
