Puppy weeing on bean bag

my 4 month old puppy keeps weeing on her and my older dogs bean bag, im forever washing it but she still does it every now and again, my 3 yr old is house trained but i cant remember how i did it, the 4 month old is now weeing on the trainer mats every time but how do i get her to do it outside.

After every nap, play time, and eating/drinking the pup should be taken directly outside. Have a special treat that she would only get by going potty outside, and give LOTS of praise when she does it. Play with her a moment outside, weather permitting, after she pottys. You may want to start feeding her next to those bean bags. Most pups WANT to stay clean and will not potty where they eat/drink. :) Good luck.

My dog used to pee on any bed that i bought her that was new.
In the end i left her with the old one and she stopped doing it.
