My babby girl kitty is back!!!

After being missing for about 10 days, she came back last night. I went out to close the manual garage door and heard a meow. For a split second I thought Blu had gotten out - then realized I knew that meow. I looked down and she came running right up to me. I picked her up and ran into the house, crying and saying "oh my god, oh my god, I can't believe it."

She's lost about 3 pounds, had / has a bunch of ticks, but is otherwise fine.

My baby is home! :applaud:

Yes. We had a lot of wonderful angry kitty noises last night. She came home right before bedtime and the other 2 didn't recognize her smell. So there was a lot of bickering, but it was blessed because my baby's back!

It's weird how cats do that. Like I had mentioned before my one barn cat disappeared for 10 days then came back then one of my other barn cats did the same thng adn was gone for 5 days. Since then they stick around the farm.

Glad to hear she's safe and sound! I had a cat that would do that too. Every time we would say "Oh, she's gone for good" but she would come back. Except one time she didn't, but my dad is convinced she 'went off to die' because she was very old. He says it's like elephants, they leave the pack to die. I told him he's crazy.

WOW! How did I miss this? I am so glad to hear that she came back! Ten days is a LONG time. I bet she stays indoors of her own free will for a while!
