I'm moving to Prauge. My dog is an American Staffordshire Pitbull. Does anyone have any information about getting this breed into Prague. Or any vets in La that you can reccomend me to, that might "flub" the breed to get him EuroChipped... If you know what i'm mean (Legalities); wise...
We have to move because we are shooting a movie for 6 months and we can't leave our dog behind for that long....
Any suggestions... Would be GREATLY appreciated....
Thank you,
-David and Melissa

DavidMElissa, dunno about vets, but I have heard about shelters doing what you are asking for similar reasons. Maybe you could work something out....

As far as I am aware Pitbulls or any derivative are not allowed into Europe unless they are working (i.e. police, search and rescue etc.)

Yes, I don't think they are even allowed in Europe, as far as I know. :)

That is the reason I am asking this question.... I would like to find a way to change our dogs papers to say, something different, that maybe she is a mix or a terrier, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.
I know they are outlawed in Europe... But, my girlfriend will NOT leave the dog here in the US, we will do whatever it takes.... Whether it be smuggling, taking a private jet, and flubbing papers, our dog will end up in Europe...
She doesn't look too much like a pit anyhow and she would never harm a fly...
