What kind of dog is this?

can anyone please help me identify what kind of dog this is? i was told by the person i bought her from that she is a chihuahua poodle mix, but she looks like alot of schnauser poodle mixes i have seen. if you know what she might be please tell me! she is 9 months old and weighs ten pounds. the third image is brand new from 8/3. so is the 4th.

to me she looks like maybe a cairn terrier poodle cross. I don't see any chi in there...

Something in there says Maltese to me but 10 lbs at 9 months would be a bit large. I don't see the Chi either.

I agree can't see any Chi there think possibly Poodle.west highland white terrier or cairn terrier, but no matter what mix looks as nice little doggy.

I could see some westie in there, no chi. How does the coat feel. Soft of course.

Being a mix,she could take,only, after the poodle and we wouldn't see any chihuahua,in her.I do see poodle in her and she is very cute.

She is 100% cute, that's what she is. :wubsmiley: I couldn't even begin to guess what she's mixed with - terrier stands out to me, but she is just too cute for words. :)

There must be poodle in there i agree i cant see any chihuahua but there i think there is some maltese:)

Yep I agree.

My friend has a 'Cairnoodle' and she looks very much like that except more honey coloured.


They are a good mix if you have allergies such as hayfever, or pet dander cause the poodle/terrier fur is non moulting.

She's absolutely adorable whatever she is! I don't see chihuahua, but I do see some Schnauzer, so she could be crossed with that.

I see a westie. You can just tell by the picture the texture of her coat is exactly like a westie. Is she very energetic? She looks sorta like a terrier mix. I'd also say some poodle or maltese.

Who really cares, though? She's so cute!! She is a Heinz 57.

also she is 17 inches long and her legs are 9 inches long. she has a curly coat and has grown in curlier since i cut her hair after those pictures were taken. soon i will put up more recent pics.
